2.1 Product Descriptions

2.3 Custom and Made-to-Order Products

For custom or made-to-order products:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of order
• Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun
• Lead times are estimates and may vary based on customization complexity
• All custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return

3. Ordering and Payment

• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Inability to verify payment information

3.3 Pricing

All prices displayed on our Website are in US Dollars (USD) and do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error:

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options within the continental United States:

• White Glove Delivery: Includes delivery to your room of choice, assembly, and packaging removal. Free on orders over $500.
• Threshold Delivery: Delivery to your front door or garage. Available for select items.
• Standard Shipping: For smaller items and accessories.

4.2 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation. Please note:

• In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days
• Made-to-order items typically ship within 4-8 weeks
• Custom orders may require 8-12 weeks or longer
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

4.3 Delivery Requirements

For white glove and threshold delivery:

• An adult (18+) must be present to accept delivery
• You must provide accurate delivery information including any access codes or special instructions
• You are responsible for ensuring clear pathways for delivery
• Additional charges may apply for stairs, narrow doorways, or difficult access

4.4 Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect all items upon delivery. If you notice any damage or defects:

• Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing
• Take photographs of any damage
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@staydreamhomestore.com

4.5 Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to:

• Alaska and Hawaii
• P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
• International destinations

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of non-customized items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging
• Items must be free from damage, stains, odors, or pet hair
• Return authorization must be obtained before shipping
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or made-to-order products
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Floor samples or clearance items
• Items that have been assembled or used
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at info@staydreamhomestore.com within 30 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
4. Schedule a pickup with our designated carrier or arrange your own shipping
5. Pack items securely in original packaging if possible

5.4 Return Shipping

For standard returns (customer's preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We can arrange pickup for a fee. For defective items or shipping errors, we will cover return shipping costs.

5.5 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• A restocking fee of 15% may apply for large furniture items
• Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

6. Warranty

6.1 Limited Warranty

Stay Dream Home provides the following limited warranty on our furniture products:

• Frame and Structure: 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects
• Springs and Mechanisms: 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects
• Upholstery and Fabric: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects
• Leather: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects

6.2 Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents
• Damage from improper cleaning or maintenance
• Fading due to sunlight exposure
• Damage from pets
• Commercial use
• Modifications or alterations to the product
• Natural variations in wood, leather, or other natural materials

6.3 Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with:

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
• Description of the defect
• Photographs clearly showing the issue

We will evaluate each claim and, at our discretion, repair, replace, or provide a credit for defective items covered under warranty.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Stay Dream Home LLC or our content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
