What is your shipping policy?
We offer free white-glove delivery on all orders over $500 within the continental United States. Our delivery team will bring your furniture inside, unpack it, assemble it if needed, and remove all packaging materials. Delivery typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on the item and your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-customized items. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll arrange for pickup at no additional cost. Custom and personalized items are final sale.
Do you offer design consultation services?
Yes! We offer complimentary design consultations with our in-house team. Whether you need help choosing the right sofa, planning an entire room, or coordinating pieces across your home, our experts are here to help. Schedule a consultation through our contact form or call us directly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfers. We also offer financing options through Affirm, allowing you to split your purchase into monthly payments with 0% APR on qualifying orders.
Can I customize furniture pieces?
Many of our pieces can be customized with different fabrics, finishes, and dimensions. Contact us for customization options on specific items. Custom orders typically add 4-6 weeks to the delivery timeline and require a 50% deposit at time of order.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding our delivery network to international destinations. Please sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
What warranties do you offer?
All furniture comes with a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This includes frame construction, springs, and mechanisms. Fabric and leather are covered for 1 year against defects. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
